Zoning Archive Online (Beta)
Since the first Zoning ordinance, the City of Philadelphia has maintained a paper archive of zoning files containing over 200,000 files, that held applications, approved usages and site drawings dating back to the 1930s. The Department of Licenses and Inspections has scanned this archive and now is pleased to present this on-line interface that allows individuals to search and view documents and drawings related to specific properties.
How to Use:Enter an address in the field below press "Enter" key or click the "GO" button. To view the document(s) that is associated with the address, click the corresponding "view document" link in the table that shows up.
How to Print:To view larger versions of the images, click on the page displayed in the center of the screen. To print these images to the correct scale, save them to your computer and print from there.
