Commercial properties - permit issued in 25 business days or less if plans are code compliant and application package is complete.
Residential properties - permit issued in 15 business days or less if plans are code compliant and application package is complete.
Permit application intake - 2 hours maximum; slightly more if permit can be issued the same day and applicant chooses to wait.
Permit inspections - inspections performed within 2 business days of request. Off hours inspections available for an additional fee of $200.
